Real estate is not a job for me, it is a passion! Being a realtor has allowed me to merge my experience as a seasoned negotiator with my love of homes and building loyal relationships. As someone who was born into a family of renovators, including construction and kitchen/bath design, I've taken on my share of renovations, with the most recent being a complete gut and remodel of a 110-year-old home. Having a vision of what a home could look like, and making that vision come to life is immensely rewarding. Similarly, I find great reward in helping people with what is generally the largest investment they will make in their lifetime. Most of who I am as a person comes from having spent fifteen years as a competitive swimmer. I was fortunate enough to represent Canada on the National swim team, and ultimately attended UCLA on an athletic scholarship. Competing in sport at the highest level has provided me with many of the qualities I would hope to find in a realtor: work ethic, passion, and persistence. Outside of being a realtor, I am also a real estate investor, an avid writer and blogger, and a proud mom of two. I am a co-author in the International Bestselling Book Series Empowering Women To Succeed: From Burnout To Victory. When I'm not helping clients or writing, you will likely find me cheering my kids on in hockey and swimming, enjoying time outdoors by the lake with my husband and kids, or eating at restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area.
